Valle de Las Leñas Ski and Snowboard school recommends the use of helmet and wrist guards while learning snowboard.

Only Valle de Las Leñas instructors are allowed to deliver classes at the Valley.

We offer snowboard group lessons to guide you in your first stops in this sport in a fun and supportive way. Our coaching will allow you to enjoy the snow through the practice of this innovative sport in a safe way mentored by great professionals.

Rip Curl Freestyle Sessions

Thought for those who want to learn or fine-tune their freestyle snowboarding either in the slopes with flat tricks or in the park sliding down the rails, or flying in the jumps. For intermediate/advanced and advanced levels.

• Lessons: 1 or 3-day lessons.

Snow Park

The Valley features a Snow Park (terrain park) in which all ski and snowboard tricks can be learnt. Located a few meters from TK Minerva, it guarantees uncountable runs to improve techniques and fine-tune maneuvers.

For the most interested in learning and improving their tricks in a safe and fun way we encourage you visit the Las Leñas Ski and Snowboard School to hire a lesson with our expert instructors.

Some of the sliding sessions include: one beginners Rainbow Box , two Straight 3-meter boxes , two Straight 5-meter boxes , an 8-meter descending “Street Style” rail , a 9-meter “Flat Down” box, and a 6-meter Straight Semi box “Straight”.

Before entering the Snow Park you should read our rules signs and respect all signposting along the trails.

Snow Park features different jibs consisting of jumps, ramps, rails, fun boxes, half pipes, quarter pipes, snow crosses, bumps y and other natural terrain

Snow Park Rules:

• Warm up before entering the Snow Park.
• Check out all of the features before you use them, and continue to do so throughout the day- features can change over the course of a few hours.
• Look at the ramps, transitions and landing areas to see how difficult each feature is and to determine how you want to ride it.
• Start with the easy trails and go on progressively to the more difficult ones according to your ability.
• Wait for your turn and signal your drop out, only one person at a time.
• Step clear from the landing areas quickly.
• Do not use closed features.

Valle de Las Leñas recommends the use of helmet.
