General Conditions

Entrance fee for all Valle de Las Leñas S.A. (hereinafter “VLL”) lifts. Valle de Las Leñas S.A.  Conditions. The present entrance fee is neither transferable nor refundable. VLL is not responsible in case of robbery, theft or deviation.  In consideration to the risks associated to the activity of skiing and snowboarding the user assumes all personal risks and damages to third parties and things, including collisions with any type of objects or other skiers and/or snowboarders.  Likewise, the user who also assumes - in the itineraries of extreme skiing and in the "out of trail" all personal risks and damages to third parties and things, under his own responsibility, exempting of every responsibility to VLL and its controlled and controlling companies and/or their employees and/or executives.  This entrance fee will be cancelled in cases of misconduct or problems caused by the user that, to the judgement of VLL, could cause an eventual risk on the life of the user and/or of other skiers and/or snowboarders or on the VLL or third parties´ goods or also for breach of VLL’s safety regulations.  VLL reserves the right of admission. As the Ski Resort is in a mountain area, the total or partial closing of the lifts and/or of the trails without subject to notice due to adverse weather conditions, reasons of security and/or any another cause not attributable to VLL, will not give the user the right to claim or refund. The delivery of this entrance fee to third parties, or its adulteration or forgery constitutes a crime.  The detail of the skier”s insurance in case of skiing accidents is at the user´s disposal in the Central Ticket Office of the Valley. This coverage is limited exclusively to the primary attention in the place of the accidents occurred in the authorized trails by VLL trails and the subsequent transfer to the hospital.  Rescues performed by VLL‘s Ski Patrols out of the limits of the authorized trails (“Off piste”) by VLL trails will be carried out with charge to the user. The user shall be obliged to comply with all the indications given by VLL”s personnel. The purchase of the present entrance fee implies the full knowledge and the acceptance by the user of the general conditions, which are found at your disposal on our web page at www.laslenas.com and in the headquarters of the Central Ticket Office in the Valley.
