This program is neither transferable nor reimbursable. Valle de Las Leñas S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) is not responsible in case of burglary, theft or loss. Due to the risks involved in the ski practice, the costumer bears all the personal risks and damage to third parties or things, including collisions with any type of object or other skiers. In addition, the costumer venturing into extreme ski and “off-piste run” bears all the risks, both personal and that causing damage to third parties and things, under his/her own responsibility, releasing liability to the Company and/or Skileñas S.A. and/or all the entities related to them and/or their employees and/or managers. This program may be cancelled in case of customer misconduct or of problems by him/her caused and considered by the Company to constitute a potential risk on the life of the costumer and/or other skiers or on the Company assets or on those of third parties. It may also be cancelled upon failure to fulfill the security regulations established by the Company. The Company reserves the admission right. Since the Ski Center is located in a high mountain area, lifts may be total or partially closed without notice due to weather conditions, security reasons and/or any other cause not attributed to the Company, therefore exempting it from any claim or reimburse. Delivery of this program to third parties or its violation or falsification constitute a crime regulated by the Criminal Code. The detail of those injuries covered by the medical assistance is available at the box office. Such coverage is limited to ski accidents occurring within the limits of the runs opened and signaled. Rescues by the Run Rescue staff outside the limits of the runs shall be borne by the skier. Costumers shall comply with all the instructions impaired by the Company staff. Purchase of this program implies that the costumer acknowledges and accepts the General Conditions, which are available in our website www.laslenas.com and in the main box office of the valley.
